ok to walk on the night club on cp first stand where the brown box is by the gift shop  then {oh and by the way you must have internet explorer 7 or 8}zoom in to 650 on custom then scroll down a bit click on the roof  zoom back to 100 and wholla yur on the roof  but you cant walk on it.
